It's a good thing my kids have hard heads.

Here's a funny story for ya. See the two bruises on Grace's head. The first one she got chasing Tanner. Tanner runs into the house and decides to slam the door behind him only Grace was only about 2 steps behind and the door knob caught her right on the forehead. The next morning was Morgan's "incident" and while we were at the doctors office the Dr says something about "not finding any bumps on his head" and Grace pipes up "I have a bump on my head!" The Dr replies "yes you do. How did you get that?" "Tanner did it." haha. So we tell her the story. The next day we're getting in the car, I have Morgan in one hand, half a dozen things in the other and Grace can't get her door open. So, I reach back to open it and she's standing a little too close and car door whacks her in the head - bruise #2.
Today when I pick Tanner up from school he has a sticker on his shirt that reads "Watch me, I bumped my head." Also included a nice note from the school nurse and the story from Tanner about running and jumping and somehow the edge of the sidewalk reached up and whacked him. He thought it was cool though - he got a Spiderman ice pack.
Can you say "accident prone"?

That's a one picture scrapbook page! The rest of the page should have this story on it. Brings the phrase "hard headed" to a new level. :)

Okay, glad you can explain all of those bruises. Wait until they all get in school and the teachers started going "Hmmmmm". That is why I homeschool so no one can question the marks (evil laugh).

All those injuries..... How have they survived so long? Makes you wonder doesn't it. The miracle of a tough skull. It's ridiculous how cute they are, even with the bruises.
